2014 ACCORD LX I started shopping for a new car early in March and after consulting the consumer report magazine. I initiated my research by looking at several bran I started shopping for a new car early in March and after consulting the consumer report magazine. I initiated my research by looking at several brands. I loved my Toyota Camry, but after 95.000 miles I decided to trade it for a Honda Accord LX. At Brilliance, I receved a great consultation from Max Ring. He dedicated a lot of his time to helping us, including the test drive. I loved that car immediately. Max gave me good money for the trade-in and the price for the Accord was what I was expecting it to be. After few days, I discovered two defective windows, but the dealership promptly replaced them. I previously did my research and I discovered that from Milwaukee to Schaumburg and from Elgin to Lisle their prices for used and new Honda cars was by far the best. It took us 3 and 1/2 hours to buy the car and trade in the old one. Eva Gagliardi our sales representative and Ben the service manager have helped at having the most pleasant car buying experience. We got the best value for the money and we deeply appreciate the fact that their certified cars have been checked by their own service department which we totally trust. Everything makes us say YES go ahead and pay them a visit if your in the market for a car or if you need to get your car fixed. We know them for 14 years and they never let us down. More

They always have treated us as part of a big family and their customer service is spotless. Ben and Rich and Jim and so many other good people at Brilliance Honda Service we are so happy to know that you are there and able to help with the maintenance of our cars over so many years! Their schedule is very convenient. They keep in touch with you and communicate of any findings and estimates which is time savvy. We once had a garage misshap. We called them and the next day they had a bodyshop appointment already arranged for us and all repairs went smoothly, car rental, everything was taken care off. Other time my Accord would not shift at all. Called them and they stayed with me on the phone and told me exactly what to do to enable the transmission and run the car and bring it in. And the list goes on! I would totally recommend this dealership and service department to all my good friends and relatives! Cars are one of the most pricey investments we make in our lives. It is so crucial to take good care of them, and be worry free when it comes to having any repairs done. What I say is: quality maintenance and repairs, good prices, mutual respect and trust at Brilliance Honda Service in Crystal Lake! And one more thing: extended warranty prices offered by this dealership were much better than other offers we had for same brand cars in the same the area. More
