I came in hoping to make a deal on a 2013 Honda Civic. I had a trade so I was hoping for a fair trade in offer and a good price on the new car. We only went in to Brillance to buy out our leased 2010 Civic, but we left with a brand new 2014 Civic. Mike was GREAT! Went over all our options between buying the 2010 vs leasing the 2014. I just recently purchased a 2014 CRV EX and am very satisfied with my purchasing experience. I originally went in to have my 2007 CRV serviced and ran into Max - (Max Ring has helped myself/wife and satisfied with my purchasing experience. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, Max asked if I might possibly be interested in a new CRV - I said I wouldn't mind getting an idea of what kind of a deal I could get and so Max took me to see the CRV inventory which was nice because I got to see every color that the CRV came in. After taking one for a test drive I decided to see what Max and the dealership could offer in the way of a deal. I never felt any pressure to purchase and feel that the people at Brilliance Honda are very friendly and courteous in the dealings with the customer. Max is great and seems to be willing to go the "extra mile" to try and help you out. I thought the whole experience was pleasant and in the end, I felt the purchase price we settled on and trade in value I received was fair. I have always taken mine and my daughter's CRV to Brilliance Honda for servicing in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I've never had any complaints about the service work that has been performed on our cars. In short - Max Ring and Brilliance Honda make a great team. More

BEST car buying experience we have ever had! Gary, our salesman, was so patient, eager, and kind. He listened to our wants, needs, and budget and MADE IT HAPPEN! No fussing around or pressure. We were nev salesman, was so patient, eager, and kind. He listened to our wants, needs, and budget and MADE IT HAPPEN! No fussing around or pressure. We were never rushed. After three separate visits to look at a Used Honda Pilot Touring, I actually brought him some baked goods to thank him and Kip. They went above and beyond in their customer service. Buying a used Pilot, there were some imperfections inside and outside the vehicle. However, they promised to repair some minor defects and detail the car. We were very impressed with the quality of the repairs and cleanliness. Almost looked like a brand new car! They allowed us to take the car home that night and really look it over; this sealed the deal. We were able to really examine the car and drive it on our own streets; it looked great in the driveway too! The next day we purchased the car. We were given a good price for our trade in as well. Darrell walked us through the financing options and beat our bank's rate! He was also patient, knowledgeable, and made us feel confident in our decision. Our overall experience was nearly flawless. We wished they would have come down an extra $500, but they did agree to install BRAND NEW running boards on the Pilot at no charge, which was a greater value that the $500 cash. In the end we are thrilled with our new car, and feel confident we got the ABSOLUTE BEST DEAL and BEST SERVICE around; we went to dealers Gurnee all the way to Tinley Park. Ask for Gary; he was truly fantastic; best sales experience we have ever had! More

We were extremely pleased with the level of customer service that we received from Max Ring at Brilliance Honda. We originally went in there for service on my CR-V, but I was in the market for a new car service that we received from Max Ring at Brilliance Honda. We originally went in there for service on my CR-V, but I was in the market for a new car for my wife. I didn't feel pressured to buy or receive an insane amount of phone calls about the possible sale. I greatly appreciated that!
