Great Service My salesman Rick Meyers could not have nicer. He got to know me and was committed to me getting the 2011 Lincoln MKZ at a price I could afford. I wasn't the easiest to deal with... I went to Broadway to look at leasing a new vehicle. I wasn't exactly sure what the outcome would be, but my sales associate Lynn was easy to deal wi I went to Broadway to look at leasing a new vehicle. I wasn't exactly sure what the outcome would be, but my sales associate Lynn was easy to deal with, and she wanted to get me into the vehicle of my choice. There was never any pressure to "close a deal", which I appreciated. I found, at least I thought, was the vehicle I wanted. I put money on it to hold it, but had a change of mind and went for a similar vehicle with a few different options. Never was I pressured to stay with what I had originally selected, in fact Lynn encouraged me to get the vehicle I truly wanted, again, never any pressure. I was treated well, even though it was clear I couldn't make the decision early on. I also had a vehicle that I was going to try to sell outright, because I wanted to get the most for my vehicle. I never thought I would get a fair number for my vehicle on a trade in. Well, that misconception couldn't have been further from the truth. While I may have gotten a bit more, I didn't have to deal with the headache of trying to sell it, or the time it may have taken. Broadway offered me a more than fair trade in price. Overall, I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Broadway, and also recommend Lynn as your sales associate. Thank you! More
Salesman was not familiar with stock and features of the car. No offer to value our current car for trade in on two models we looked at. we purchased a 2001 Pontiac Montana van on August of 2011 and have had made payments each and every month and missed 1 payment I emailed Gena about our situation, she claims that they dont discuss any issue and have had made payments each and every month and missed 1 payment I emailed Gena about our situation, she claims that they dont discuss any issues over email and to come in to talk about this....so when i got there the next day I showed the lady at the desk the letter i got in the mail then she went over to a side room then she came out along with Ann Shagosh then I said I got this letter and am here to talk to you guys about it and so I held up 2 pieces of paper and she quickly came back in a mean loud tone and said I DONT CARE WHAT YOU HAVE THERE WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY and before I could say anything she kept saying I DONT CARE I DONT CARE ALL I CARE ABOUT IS GETTING MY MONEY then I said I was trying to talk to gena through email about this and set up a payment plan that will pay this off and get us back on track. She fires back and says ITS NOT GOING TO GO YOUR WAY...YOU NEED TO PAY BY NOV 22 OR I WILL TAKE THE VAN. I said look I have type 2 diabetes and am having kindey problems and I got a new job and am out there busting my butt to make money to get this paid with you guys and she says I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH I JUST CARE ABOUT MY MONEY AND YOU NEED TO PAY IT BY NOV 22ND OR I WILL TAKE THE VAN. I said that's our only vehicle and I need that to get my kids to school, she said THEN YOU BETTER WORK HARDER THEN IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR VAN. I said you cant take it without going to court 1st and she said you cant do that and said LOOK I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 17 YEARS AND I CAN DO WHATEVER I WANT and that's when I said we'll see about that then she comes back and says WHATEVER IS IN THAT LETTER IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO...WHAT DID YOU EVEN READ THE LETTER? Then that's when I said yes I did and it says right here about going to court and that's when...just by looking at her you can tell that she went from mad to a whole new lvl of extreme mad and she walked toward her office yelling JUST GET ME MY MONEY and I just walk away saying this is not over and left. More
