When it came down to needing a new car, Brodheadsville Chevrolet made my car buying experience amazing. You don't get any respect from the salespeople and they are pushing you to buy something that you don't even want. And, I don't want to forget to mention that they are mostly all liers... When I just started to shop for a car, I was looking on the internet, to see what my current vehicle trade in value was, and I received a call from Victoria from Brodheadsville Chevrolet the following day, mind you that she was the only sales call I received (Thank God). That, was awesome, because the minute you start searching the internet, every sales person out there is trying to get your business and your phone is bumbarded with sale calls. Once I spoke with Victoria, I decided to take the 5 minute ride to go meet with her at the dealership. From the minute that I walked in, she was right there greeting me. She was physically there. Because in the past, one sales representative would speak with you on the phone, stating that they can help you, then upon entering that dealership, there was no such person working there and then I had to wait for another sales rep, then I had to explain everything again, and would have to wait hours. This time, at Brodheadsville Chevrolet, it was approximately 4:45 pm, within 2 hours, I drove off the lot in a new car. This was the first time ever, that I was extremely impressed and incredibly happy. It was the most smooth transaction I ever had experienced when purchasing a new car. I also wanted to send out a huge thank you to Scott Barrett. I cannot thank you enough for all you have done for me. You expedited the financial aspect of buying a car, and how you worked you magic... I will be forever grateful. Brodheadsville Chevrolet is the dealership I will only go to for all my car buying needs. I will be back to purchase 2 more cars for my daughters.
