I just purchased my 3rd vehicle at Boise Hyundai. My sales person is Oscar Garza and he is wonderful to work with. At 66 years old I've purchased a few new cars and none of these purchases has been a pleasant experience- until now. I had the worst experience. All that I came in for was an oil change and tire roation. When I pulled up I was dealing with Christopher Simmons in services and he had told me tha All that I came in for was an oil change and tire roation. When I pulled up I was dealing with Christopher Simmons in services and he had told me that my battery had just died. I have never had any battery issues before and he never gave me an opportunity to even think about anything and just told me that I need a new battery and it will be over $300. Mind you, I am 20 minutes early for my appointment, so it is not like I was slowing anybody down. I had called my dad to explain the situation and get his advice because I know nothing about cars and do not want to get scammed. Christopher Simmons was HORRIBLE. He was sighing the entire time and rolling his eyes and acting like I was such an inconvenience. I am so sorry Christopher Simmons that I asked you to jump my car so that I can save myself $150 and get a battery elsewhere. I am so sorry for making your job so difficult. Christopher you do not belong in costumer services and did a horrible job at making a young girl feel comfortable. Christoper Simmons, you need to get a new job that does not deal with people because you are an absolute D!*K. I wanted to complain to the front desk clerk but there was another costumer in front of me. When the costumer had left the front desk woman and another older gentleman employee were mocking and making fun of the costumer. That absolutely did not make me feel comfortable to speak to them either. Management needs to get a hold of their employees because it is very apparent that poor costumer service is the normal thing around this establishment. I will not be back and will be canceling my payment plan for services with you guys as well. More
