2017 Hyundai Veloster The first time I drove over to Bronco Motors, I was not looking forward to the sales process. I didn't know too much about the products or what I wan The first time I drove over to Bronco Motors, I was not looking forward to the sales process. I didn't know too much about the products or what I wanted to spend, and worried about interacting with pushy sales people. A friendly and non pushy salesman, Larry Talley, greeted me and was quick to ask about my auto needs and give me some test drives. The other people in the showroom were all friendly. I left that day, but kept in touch with Larry, and asked him many questions by email and telephone, to help me get educated on my options. I got familiar with the Bronco Motors website and was able to see the inventory, compare prices and features, and I narrowed my choices down to a black Elantra Limited (a bit of luxury at an affordable price), an Ioniq (a great choice because of 50+ mpg and 0% financing was available), and a Boston Red Veloster Turbo. After about a month, I went back and took more test drives and made a decision to purchase the sporty Veloster. After purchasing my car, I drove home and found the air conditioner did not work. Larry helped me set up an appointment in the service department and they found that there was a defective hose. Adrian, in the service department was kind enough to order the hose overnight and Larry set me up with a loaner car so I was not inconvenienced too much and was able to get my car, the next morning. My only complaint about my car is that it doesn't have a full size spare tire, but many of the cars sold today do not. With safety in mind, I would prefer to have one. More

Larry was ve My experience at Bronco Motors Hyundai was excellent! TJ met me and my wife at the door and connected us immediately with Larry Talley. Larry was very responsive to our needs and questions. We came in looking for a Santa Fe, and we have a large family, but we had budget concerns. Larry showed us several SUVs with a third row, turbo, etc., and really covered every option that we were looking for, and nothing extra that we weren't. It was refreshing that he was so responsive to us. He even brought out the dark gray Tuscon with dark interior, the colors I was hoping for. Larry and the other salesmen in the showroom even took care of our kids with water and a phone charger to borrow. Steve Dineson was very efficient with our finance paperwork. Again, completely effective and responsive to us. All three of your guys (TJ, Larry, and Steve) were fast, efficient, and 100% effective. The customer service at Bronco was outstanding. I couldn't have asked for better. We ultimately chose the Tuscon because budget was our primary concern. There is a scratch on the hatchback, though. Larry has let us know when the guy is available to get it buffed out. We also noticed a blemish on the windshield that needs looked at when we bring it in this week. I will save the survey and review links until after those two issues are resolved, but know that my wife and I are extremely happy with our experience at Bronco Motors! More
