Visited Bronx Honda Service department for the first time yesterday and was greeted with the customer service you would expect from a 5 STAR HOTEL. She told me when to expect the vehicle returned and called me an hour earlier then expected. I rushed to pickup my vehicle and that process was super quick, on my way out off the facility I was taken aback by every single employee wishing me a nice day and saying goodbye! Premises was very dirty. Outside staff was very friendly. Inside staff acted like I was doing them a favor by being there.
