My car needed the ACC and LKA serviced because the lights were illuminated on the dashboard so Latoya assured me it would be taken care of along with repairing my brakes and, also a 3000 mile vehicle servic were illuminated on the dashboard so Latoya assured me it would be taken care of along with repairing my brakes and, also a 3000 mile vehicle service tune up, so a few issues were to be addressed that day. I had to leave my vehicle at the shop over night because I did not have an appointment I was a walk in and very grateful that Latoya squeezed me in I was called the following day around 3pm to pick up my car but I arrived the ACC lights and LKS lights were still illuminated on the dashboard, they said it was because a certain part hadn’t been delivered to the shop yet and so I was given an appointment for the following Monday over the phone shortly after I had left Bronx Honda for them to complete the repairs that prompted me to bring my vehicle to the shop in the first place but Latoya reassured me it would get done and made my trip to Bronx Honda less stressful thank you Latoya. Looking forward to using cruise control and lane keeping assistance in my vehicle again will see you Monday. More
11/12 I came in for a service for my 2021 Honda Accord which was purchased at a different Honda . He didn’t know what warranty I have because he never actually looked it up ! Being that I purchased my car thru a authorized Honda dealership he didn’t ask me any information just declined to service me! Then speaking to another manger asking why would I be decline he didn’t look up my information saying it’s privacy policy which is b.s! He then hung up! I would not recommend anyone to even purchase a vehicle from them they are lazy and rude More
