Bronx Honda - Service Center

VERY DISSATISFIED!! It took over 4 hours for a NYS Inspection, Oil Change and replacing a brake light bulb. When I inquired with the service advisor, she told me the mechanic was on lunch as she was Inspection, Oil Change and replacing a brake light bulb. When I inquired with the service advisor, she told me the mechanic was on lunch as she was leaving for lunch. I arrived at the dealership at approximately 11:10AM and left after 3:00PM. And I also observed that customers that arrived after me left before me!! This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! More

It would be nice if some acknowledge you once in the lobby and don't ignore lobby and don't ignore More

I Was given a 7:30 am appointment for a fuel pump recall 10/18/2021 And waited on property. By mid day I asked the statis of the job and once again at 3pm The car was not released till 4pm The labor sh 10/18/2021 And waited on property.
