The customer service once in office is excellent. However, it’s hard to speak to anyone on the phone. I have to call over multiple days and leave voicemails. The lady that help me was very useless. I took my car for a full tuneup and they gave me my car back with the tpms light on. They didn’t even take off the light or try to. I took in my car at 10:22 and wait a full tuneup and they gave me my car back with the tpms light on. They didn’t even take off the light or try to. I took in my car at 10:22 and wait there for it my car was return to me at 340 in the afternoon. When my appointment was at 12. They didn’t start working in my vehicle until 2 and I didn’t get the level of respect or courtesy from the person that was helping. I will never take my car back to them again. I paid 638 dollars to get disrespected and get treat like my money was not worth it. More
