My appointment for the airbag recall was made. One month in advance. I arrived at 8am and sat for 6 hrs before finally being told you didn’t have the part and lt had to be ordered. I found this out only aft in advance. I arrived at 8am and sat for 6 hrs before finally being told you didn’t have the part and lt had to be ordered. They are ALWAYS short staffed. Oil change apt for 12:30 and didn’t leave until after 2:30. Victor did inform me they were understaffed and the wait time would be about 2 hours however that seems to always and didn’t leave until after 2:30. I bought my car in for a recall it took a month for the appointment. The appointment was made for 9:30am I got my vehicle checked in at 9:00 am. My vehicle sat parked from Tuesday until Friday 2:30pm. The appointment. The appointment was made for 9:30am I got my vehicle checked in at 9:00 am. The recall was a fuel pump it shouldn’t take 3 day to replace a fuel pump. More
