My experience at Bronx Honda was great. Dealing with the service department and right through to the mechanics that worked on my car was a pleasure. This dealership appears to change Administration every 6 months. Every time I go there there’s something new and hiding fees. They say that they will give you a complimentary multi point inspection but th months. Every time I go there there’s something new and hiding fees. They say that they will give you a complimentary multi point inspection but they want to charged you $ 149 dollars just to do that. If you go there with car problems or issues they want to charged you to tell you what it’s wrong with it. Also people can’t go there for a simple oil change because it’s a whole day like 5 hours for an oil change. More

I typically have no problem going to the Bronx Honda service department. I was disappointed that the Multi-Point Inspection report did not accurately reflect the status of my 2003 vehicle. Even though service department. I was disappointed that the Multi-Point Inspection report did not accurately reflect the status of my 2003 vehicle. Even though my vehicle was being serviced for a recall, I looked forward to this report to know what my vehicle required to remain roadworthy. The vehicle sat for two years, and I knew there were things that needed to attention. It would have been great to have a starting point. More
