It is very hard to get in touch with the service center. The automated machine gives you options on who the phone with which number extension. All the numbers were full except for one person with whom I left four messages and never received A phone call back. That’s not the way to run an office. When I retrieve my car after the service work I was never given my key clicker and therefore did not know what to do as this is my first non-key car. I went into Bronx Honda and spoke to a very nice representative who told me not to shut the car off as I would not be able to start it again. He instructed me to go back to the service station and get the key clicker for the car which they forgot to give me. I hope my future interactions with the service Will be better More
