Victor as always is amazing!!! I say it on every survey I only go there for his customer service. This location has NOTHING else to offer. Not a free car wash after spending 2k, junk was left in my car like only go there for his customer service. This location has NOTHING else to offer. Not a free car wash after spending 2k, junk was left in my car like extra screws and paper, & not to mention I had to leave it an extra day because the guy who serviced my car failed to make sure it was completed. Nonetheless once again Victor is amazing and he’s the best thing y’all have!!!!! More

Advisor must be friendly because most of people doesn't know what is the actual problem of his car .If the advisor didn't recommend anything just ask why you come here today and what kind of service you wa know what is the actual problem of his car .If the advisor didn't recommend anything just ask why you come here today and what kind of service you wanna get today than its a big problem.for small Ac fixing and diagnosed they took 3 days thats ridiculous.Never happened with me this things in bronx honda. The advisor Yesenia wasn't helpful ,she was busy with her attitude.I didn't went bronx honda to get her number, i just went bronx honda to fix my car.Although quality of work just awesome More
