Treatment from some staff members so early in the morning is uncalled for, unprofessional and lacks the basic understanding that they are the face of a company and must act as such. As the frontline in the continuation of the experience in ownership of a Honda vehicle, staff should at the minimum listen and understand any matter a client brings up instead of immediately dismissing them with the preconceived notion they're automatically wrong or dumb. This very situation happened to me on this occassion and when I tried pressing the matter further ( since I could clearly see the staff member did NOT understand what I was asking or explaining, nor made the attempt to do so), had this person double down and use a condescending attitude that furthered the already aggravating situation promising someone would look at it if "I felt that way", which, as a previous customer service employee myself, I already knew would not really happen. At the end of the service, this same staff person came and gave me a vague 'someone looked into it' and it was as she stated previously: nothing wrong. I left it at that and decided not to press the matter because it was clear to me by then this is a norm in service at this location: to avoid, dismiss and deflect anything other than the already set services. Though its understandable that there may be an effort to streamline service during this pandemic, it definitely should not come at the cost of the CUSTOMER'S service, experience and trust. Especially if a client upholds their end of the service agreement, like setting up an appointment beforehand, showing up on time, stating clearly what service is being requested and such. At the end of the day, the car getting serviced matters second, the client matters first, and being right matters last, if at all. More
I was attended to quickly. My car had engine issues and I expected a massive bill. I was happy with my final price and impressed with my car’s durability. 7 1/2 years of Engine negligence (only oil change) expected a massive bill. Starter,alternator,coolant issue but nothing until this past month when I got basic engine maintenance issue . I always had in the back of my mind that I needed a tune-up (spark plug /oil seal/coil etc) but refused local mechanic because of trust and was afraid of Honda bill/fees . over all I feel happy with the work and attendance that I got at Honda and will recommend a Honda vehicle to anyone trying to purchase a car in the near future because of its durability. More
