I have taken my car in twice for the same problem. After paying OVER $ 2,300 I still have the same problem. So lm taking it in for the THIRD time. I’m 69 years old on a fixed income. I can’t afford much mor paying OVER $ 2,300 I still have the same problem. So lm taking it in for the THIRD time. I’m 69 years old on a fixed income. I can’t afford much more and the stress level is super high. A call to Honda Corporate and BB is needed. More

The job was completed well, however the service needs improvement. I waited an entire day to have my car fixed. Not to mention the lack of a courtesy call to notify me of when my car was ready, that was improvement. I waited an entire day to have my car fixed. Not to mention the lack of a courtesy call to notify me of when my car was ready, that was unacceptable. I also had to pay for an Uber to transport me to and from the location, as I was not offered a loaner and I needed to go to work. The old staff that was there went above and beyond to help the customers. This current staff needs a little 101 on how to assist clients. This was a huge inconvenience for me, as I experienced challenges with picking up my infant because of the lack of communication. More
