Worst! I go there for recall and other services. They don’t reset after do oil change. I have to go back again to do that. Our car battery had died, and had to have the car towed to Bronx Honda Zerega Ave. place.Victor the customer rep. took us right away and this was when it was snowing rather heavy. Since our battery was sti to Bronx Honda Zerega Ave. place.Victor the customer rep. took us right away and this was when it was snowing rather heavy. Since our battery was still under warranty, they replaced it and we were not charged.which we were happy about because we had to pay for the tow. If i could give negative 10 i would. I was in for a routine recall service. I was informed midway through service that my car needed a transmission flush and change. And after agreeing to add on the se routine recall service. I was informed midway through service that my car needed a transmission flush and change. And after agreeing to add on the services, my car no longer works. Since leaving the service shop my car has been leaking oil and making a strange sound. My car is unable to be driven more than 2 mins without a awful smell and werid noise. Worst service ever ! Never had this problem at honda service center of New Rochelle. And to make matter worse also they are closed on weekends. More
