Appointment was easy to book but had to wait for over two weeks to get the car in due to Pandemic, I guess. The customer service was good when I was inside but I could never reach them by phone. As they said, they did not have parts in stock for accord, bit surprising as they have parts unit within but I can understand they may not have all parts needed in house. Close to $650 on labor alone for replacing catalytic converter, I am not a mechanic or knowledgeable but if you are you can feel it’s worth. Over all service was as expected from a dealer no surprise. More

We have been using this service center for the past 3 years. We have always received 5 star service. Yesterday was the first time I received subpar service. I went in because my touch screen was acting years. We have always received 5 star service. Yesterday was the first time I received subpar service. I went in because my touch screen was acting up and to receive regular maintenance. I dropped off the car, explained to Rob what I needed. A few hours later I received a text saying I had a $60 charge. I thought it was a simple mistake and called. I informed Rob I had an extended warranty. He argued that the services weren't covered. I went to the trouble of finding my extended warranty just to prove I had coverage. When I arrived he told me to go the counter in the back. When I met with the cashier. She told me I had no charge. I was so grateful for her. To go through that much aggravation during a pandemic on the day of a snowstorm is ridiculous. The whole point of having an extended warranty is to make life easier. More
