I came in because I had the wrench and exclamation point lit and figured I needed an oil change. I had the oil change but when I left I see the exclamation point is still lit and when I asked Latoya about i lit and figured I needed an oil change. I had the oil change but when I left I see the exclamation point is still lit and when I asked Latoya about it she said something about my tire light- I don't remember her exact words, but I did ask her if I could drive and she said yes. Come to find out my tires just needed to be at adequate pressure which a kind man did for me at a gas station. Why couldn't a Honda mechanic simply adjust the pressure in my tires? It took the man about 5 minutes tops! This made me think less favorably of Zerega Honda and am thankful my light went off after the man adjusted the pressure for me. The one good thing about my experience that day is that they allowed me to pick it my car around 5:15 pm even though they were closing. I didn't get called until almost 5pm as it was a very busy day. I brought my car in via an 11am appointment and it wasn't ready until near closing. More
