I went to the place to change the oil in my vehicle on January 23, after waiting for 2 hours they told me that the service to my vehicle will not be possible because it had a screw that was aftermarket but I was there on August 29 and they did the service without any problem on January 23rd, that day of the service, Mr. Victor told me that they forgot to tell me that detail and it was not in the service notes either. On January 23, before handing me over, they left the engine without oil in the engine and with the oil filter with a hole, which I had to call to a tow truck to avoid damaging the vehicle's engine.

On your recent visit, we explained that we cannot perform an oil change due to the after-market drain bolt leaking A LOT of oil. We determined that a new Honda oil pan is needed and gave you the cost estimate. We also put this in the multi-point inspection. Back in August, we noted that someone had installed an after-market drain bolt but in the ensuing 5 months it has become a more serious problem. We apologize for not thoroughly explaining the repercussions of using after-market parts in August.
