At my last appointment I was extremely disappointed. I made an appointment for 9 Am for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told the wait time would be around an hour. I followed up with service rep I made an appointment for 9 Am for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told the wait time would be around an hour. I followed up with service rep LaToya after 10 Am and she told me to give her a minute. She never followed up and I went back to her desk again sometime around 11 Am. She told me it would be another 45 minutes wait. I explained that I worked hourly and what was only supposed to take an hour had turned into me waiting 2 hours before any work had started on my car. There wasn’t really any sense of urgency or apology for the inconvenience. Finally, at 12 Pm I was told my car was ready, but then was kept waiting another 15 minutes because it was not ready as they said. I didn’t reach work until 1.30 Pm when I was expected for 11 Am, missing out on $75 of pay. This is just not right and makes me rethink ever coming to this dealership again. Completely unacceptable.
