Terrible service. Was told 2 hour wait and waited over 4! Terrible communication - I was told my appointment was just for “intake” - not for the actual service. Did not like how dirty they gave my car back. I had steering had oil grip on it, I opened up the hood and I see my engine looks dirty with oil. When I go to other dealership in new Rochelle they I had steering had oil grip on it, I opened up the hood and I see my engine looks dirty with oil. When I go to other dealership in new Rochelle they even put a plastic on the steering and the seat so my car doesn’t get dirty with oil. would be nice if you guys do the same with the cars. More
