Terrible mechanics, very nice front staff. I went in because my car battery was intermittently blinking since having an after market alternator placed. I also told them I changed the battery t I went in because my car battery was intermittently blinking since having an after market alternator placed. I also told them I changed the battery twice. Yet the front desk (not the mechanic) called me to tell me I need a new battery. Are you kidding me? It was clearly the alternator draining the battery, I’m no mechanic but that’s what it ended up being after taking my car to a COMPETENT mechanic. I should be refunded for wasting my money on an assessment. Bronx Honda, your mechanics need to be retrained they are trash. More

I do all my oil changes there. I called asked to have my trailer wiring done and was told that since I did not buy them from there it could not be done(They are original Homda parts I called asked to have my trailer wiring done and was told that since I did not buy them from there it could not be done(They are original Homda parts).If this is what they want customers to be a good experience,than it is obvious that management needs to be retrained or they have the wrong staff in place and as such they are just carrying dead weight.As a customer service facing employee we want to retain customers and not give them a reason to go anywhere else.
