Hi, I spoke with your Service Advisor. The first time you brought your car for a radar problem, we did not charge you because you had used a glue-like substance on the radar and we were unable to work with it. The second time you brought your car in, the radar was still communicating an error, and we were unable to program it after spending significant time trying to resolve the issue. We properly charged you for the diagnostic time on your second visit and explained that we would need to replace the radar with a new one because your current radar could not navigate. We would very much like to know who was able to repair the malfunctioning radar without replacing it. Please email me or stop by with the invoice and paperwork so we can speak with the tech who worked on your car, review the repair, and determine if a refund is owed or not. Thank you. --Marcie
