Bronx Honda - Service Center

The service was extremely slow. Waiting over 3 hours. The tech was charging when my contract clearly states free oil change for up to 36,000 miles. Also, the facility is dirty and there was no plastic put on my seat when I arrived. It’s sad that as a Bronx native I have to go to other Honda facilities to get good quality customer service. More

The staff is organized; there is no waiting for long periods of time. Ms. Latoya who is the customer advisor was very polite and efficient; she answered all my questions and the job was completed within periods of time. Victor the manager always has the time to give the greetings to each customer. Honda on Zerega Avenue would be the only service location to have my Honda HRV repaired. More
