Thank you for the feedback. We charge a diagnostic fee because of the time and expertise required to properly diagnose your car and determine what repair is needed. Sometimes the diagnostic process is more difficult than the repair! If the repair is covered by a warranty, you do not pay the diagnostic fee. Hi, I reviewed your service history and discussed your review with our service manager. When you brought your car in for an oil change and diagnostic, we explained that you needed to leave your car here because the diagnostic could not happen within 2-3 hours. You insisted on waiting but then demanded your car back before we could perform the diagnostic. The oil change was performed. We are always trying to improve operations, and we appreciate your feedback. I will be working with our team to ensure that customers fully understand our policy regarding leaving your car for all diagnostics. --Marcie

No that’s not true! you can ask victor he never explained to me that I had to leave the car. People who came later than me had their card Ready so I asked victor what happened with my car he told me that the Mecanic was busy the other are only oil changers so I told him ok if you are not able to check my car I will take it then, and after that he told me if I want the oil change since I was been waiting for more than 2 hours. I said ok, wait for nothing so at least oil change, but now you are using the oil change as excuse for being not able to make the service this is not the first bad experience I have at Bronx Honda thanks to that I have the opportunity to go to other Honda service and big difference in service you guys are in diapers in customer service
