The entire reception area to start with was very welcoming not to speak of the personnel, Latoya and Victor. They provided an excellent service from handling my needs to finishing the work on my van welcoming not to speak of the personnel, Latoya and Victor. The only downside was the total cost. I guess you get what you pay. I paid a high price for a good job done. Bravo. More

I have leased from the Bronx Honda location since the 90s. So using the service dept. has always been my go-to. In that time, I have not once had any issues with the customer service by staff or mechanic 90s. So using the service dept. has always been my go-to. Even better, having Victor for customer service, I really think enhances / increases the desire for many customers to use Bronx Honda for service. He is knowledgeable, friendly and tries to make sure your service experience goes smoothly. It IS because of HIM and the quailty service of the mechanics why I stay with Honda!!!!! More
