Car was kept numerous days with little to no updates. Was told I would not have to pay for services ended up paying 491$. My car was returned with a dent in the front passenger side. Honda was not helpful or responding. Advisors are nice and mostly helpful. But I was unsatisfied with how long my car took and now I have a dent I need to also come out of pocket for now. Highly disappointed overall.

Hi, we needed to order the sectional hoses for the AC as well as the condenser. The condenser was covered under warranty but not the sectional hose. As for the dent, we will need to review the video we took when you dropped off the car, as well as all the security footage while we worked on the car. Hello this is the second time I am reaching out for the pictures taken of my vehicle before work was done on it. You stated there was no damage done and it was in the photos. Poor response time once again. I would like to request those photos sent to me email as requested the first time thank you very much in a timely manner.

Hello it is 07/19/2022 and my third attempt trying to verify if Honda can send me pictures of my car that they take and keep before servicing anyone’s vehicle. At this time they continue to not respond to their claim that they did not do any damage to my car. And continue to not send me photos they took. Ms. Marcie has done a terrible job on updating me. Very terrible customer service skills. Has not been helpful at all. My next step is to report this team to Honda Corporate for their failure to properly investigate.

Thank you for the feedback. We charge a diagnostic fee because of the time and expertise required to properly diagnose your car and determine what repair is needed. Sometimes the diagnostic process is more difficult than the repair! If the repair is covered by a warranty, you do not pay the diagnostic fee.
