I could never get through when I called my service person and the mailbox was always full. Initially, it was frustrating that I was required to book a diagnostic appointment just to replace a window. There was nothing to diagnose! After we moved beyond that waste of time and money, everything a diagnostic appointment just to replace a window. There was nothing to diagnose! After we moved beyond that waste of time and money, everything else went well. The parts team was able to order my window in a matter or days and when I came in for my appointment, I had the car back by 1pm. The service center employees and the vehicle check-in crew were very helpful and professional. More
