Things dont always go as planned We purchased a van for cash money that ended up not being reliable for my family and I. Dealership was unaware of the issues.... As u could imagine i We purchased a van for cash money that ended up not being reliable for my family and I. Dealership was unaware of the issues.... As u could imagine i was a very frustrated custom at this point....they ended up taking that van back and giving us a loaner for the next 3 weeks...after what felt like forever we are now in a safe and reliable vehicle. And the dealership went above and beyond to make up for our disappointment and find something just right for my family. I have learned a lot and realise now that things happen and necessarily know one is to blame. I am happy with my experience and will go back to do business again. More
