I had been looking for a pickup truck for a while and found one that was appealing to me at Autonation Ford in Brooksville. We drove up there to take a look at it and take it out for a test drive. Chris in sales was a great, down to earth, and personable guy. He didn’t try to sugar coat anything, no pressure to try to up sell us on something we didn’t want, and just told us what he could do if we decided to make the purchase. He did respectfully offer upgrading additional warranty services but we declined and he didn’t push the issue and that’s definitely one of the reasons we bought the truck from him. The only take away from the transaction was that the financing took a while, however, it was a Saturday and they only had one guy there to accommodate all the customers interested in purchasing a vehicle. We realized and understood the circumstances and were ok with the wait. Mike in finance was really great too! He was friendly, personable, and straight up guy looking out for our best interest. All in all, it was a great buying experience and both Chris and Mike went above and beyond for us and that in itself is a breath of fresh air, especially in this day in age. Neighbors have already complimented me on the truck and I’ve already recommended them to consider Autonation Ford in Brooksville for their next purchase. More

I went up to the dealer to get my last free oil change and rotation. The people there are always friendly and got me in right at my scheduled time. My service writer was Alan and I told him about my elec and rotation. The people there are always friendly and got me in right at my scheduled time. My service writer was Alan and I told him about my electric mirrors on my truck while my truck was in service. I have been having issues with them not folding in at times. No sooner did I get home and he told me they will have them here in the morning, so I went back the next day, and they had my new mirrors installed in 1/2hrs time. Although I live about 35mi away from this dealership, I will continue to come here for my services. Thanks!! More
