When they were selling me and my husband I had previously given a great review to Markos and BayRidge Chevrolet. I would like to restate my opinion. When they were selling me and my husband the car they were very helpful and attentive. We picked up our car and found things that we were told were included such as heated steering wheel and lane assist that were not installed in our car as we were previously told Which was the main reason we purchased this car. We wanted them installed immediately in our car .A month later I still have not had a response after many visits to the showroom and numerous calls. There are many other issues with pricing and charges I wanted an explanation for and still have not gotten A month has gone buy and I still don’t have any satisfaction Whole transaction handled very unprofessional!!!Including that of sales manager Danny who never returns call . Beware and look over all your documents very carefully before purchasing your car at this dealership As they promise but don’t deliver. I would not recommend Bay Ridge Chevrolet to anyone. OK NOT BAD FELT COMFORTABLE I JUST DIDNT LIKE NO ONE WENT OVER THE CONTROLS, BUTTONS, HOW TOO. I HAD TO READ THE BOOK OVER AND OVER, HOW TO OPEN THE GARAGE, WHIPERS, ETC.YOU GOT I JUST DIDNT LIKE NO ONE WENT OVER THE CONTROLS, BUTTONS, HOW TOO.
