Drew is so helpful, kind, and professional. He makes himself part of your team, and ensures that you are equipped with the knowledge you need to make informed decisions, and is quick to look anything up that provides further information for you. There is never any pressure, and he’s more like your guide than your sales person. Nate worked tirelessly with both my purchases to find me the best options for financing, and even though I was pre-approved this last time with my own bank, he was able to find me a better deal. And, he is knowledgeable and creative in finding ways to make the money work for you. And Kelly, she makes what’s normally the dull tedious job of signing all the paperwork into something fun and engaging. Sitting down at her desk over paperwork is more like sitting down with a good friend to chat over lunch. And getting my car serviced there is quick and easy. Their website allows you to schedule, change, or cancel appointments readily. They were prompt and communicative with the work I had done. I’m always hesitant when getting auto repair at a new place, because you don’t know if you can trust them… Brotherton did exactly the work I scheduled, let me know that some things I thought would need to be done could wait, and there were no hidden fees.
