I've had the same late model Sierra truck in and out of this service department for over 2 years. Same thing has been going on the entire time, and they can't seem to get it fixed. The only reason we keep this service department for over 2 years. Same thing has been going on the entire time, and they can't seem to get it fixed. The only reason we keep bringing it back is because it has cost our company thousands, and we want it corrected by the shop we have already paid. There is no sense of urgency here. This truck has sat on their lot for a minimum of a month before they will even look at it every single time we have brought it here. The sad thing is, I work for a company that has bought several vehicles here and that doesn't seem to even matter to them. You'd think as much as their trucks cost, they would want to protect their reputation. Probably not any better anywhere else, so who cares right? More

I purchased a used 2022 AT4 in February having the pickup 1 day the alternator went out, had it another week and the fuel pump went out. Two weeks later the transmission line ruptured. Following that the A/C 1 day the alternator went out, had it another week and the fuel pump went out. Two weeks later the transmission line ruptured. Following that the A/C wasn’t switching correctly and the back up camera went out took it to get that repaired and a light on the dash said charging system failure. After calling Danny Contreras and telling him I was done with this pickup, please find me something different and that I was over this pickup he went to work to make the deal right. The manager Mr Morales and Danny worked quickly to get me the best deal possible on a new vehicle. I understand that they had no control over the things that went wrong with that pickup but am so happy with the way they made things right and got me in a new vehicle quickly and without me losing a ton of money on a pickup I only owned a couple months. I would highly recommend these guys in purchasing a new or used vehicle and they have sure earned my respect and my future purchases when it comes to vehicles. More
