This place is nothing but bunch of thieves. They lie straight in my face, and the manager threathen me, and implies that he is ready if I want to take legal actions. I drive 2022 Chevy tahoe They lie straight in my face, and the manager threathen me, and implies that he is ready if I want to take legal actions. I drive 2022 Chevy tahoe z71 5.3l V8. Bought from them new. I brought my vehicle to fix 2 issues: First issue is the Roaring noise coming from the wheel when turning left or right. Second issue is the vehicle shuts-off itself all the time and don't turn back on even with jumpstarter. There is a service dealer named Mike who made me garantied to fix my issues by performing these services after diagnosing the vehicle: Replacing alternator and belt, Flash the Differential fluid (Which I told him that it was done before about a month ago), replacing all 4 tires, Replacing the brake pads and rotors (that was needed), totalling $4030.51. Alter they have done, the wheel noise was still there at the time I was pulling out from their parking lot. I stopped and went back to notify but there were all gone for the day already. It was over 6pm. I notified the guy who stayed to give me the key of my vehicle. The next day the vehicle shut-off problem happen again. I called the service they transfer the call to Mike and he never answer the call. I texted he never replied. It kept going to voice mail over and over everytime then after. I had to call the receptionist to make a new appointment. The shut-off problem became worse and would happen now more than twice a day. The shut-off happened while on my way to their shop, 2 min away from them, the day of my appointment. My vehicle shuted off at a stop sign by brown daub volvo. I called them and they sent me a mechanic who brought boosters. Unable to restart the engine, He left and told me to call a towing truck to tow the vehicle to their shop. I spend $100 to tow the vehicle to them. After few hours of whatever, Mike told me that the Starter of my vehicle is out and will cost me $950 to replace it. Think twice Before taking your vehicle to these guys. More

Over charges for parts and service. Way over the price of other dealerships. Charge 200 just to pull your car in. And non refundable. No friendly “sure we’ll look at that for you” not that kind of place. Just looking to get as much cash out of your pocket as possible. I’m not sure if the techs are certified. They didn’t seem to have anything in order or proper paperwork for work being done. Dishonest. Expensive. Slow. And some staff is rude. The whole service area of the place seemed outdated and messy. I don’t recommend. More
Worst car buying experience to date. Bought a certified pre owned malibu with 19k miles. Within 5k miles it needed major service repairs. I brought it to the "general managers" attention Bought a certified pre owned malibu with 19k miles. Within 5k miles it needed major service repairs. I brought it to the "general managers" attention that the vehicle had issues. I was told "if your warranty is that good wait until it breaks".Vehicle was leaking engine and trans fluid, as well as a broken axle boot. Somehow the vehicle passed TWO 182 point inspections prior to the purchase. Once the vehicle was picked up I noticed that the headliner was stained, and the gasket they replaced was wavy all the way around. I was told to take it elsewhere for future services, and denied repair. DONT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE! More
Great service and staff. Just another chop shop though. They dont ever truly fix anything. They recommend you get service, but then refuse to do it when you buy the parts for Just another chop shop though. They dont ever truly fix anything. They recommend you get service, but then refuse to do it when you buy the parts for it. Because who wants to pay full price for duralast built xxxx. I want it to be OEM specs, not generic. They'll fix your car and then break something else so you have to keep bringing it back. More
Brown Daub Chevrolet is a disgrace! ! Bought a brand new Silverado 1500 duramax on January 4th 2022 brought it into the service department for a tire rub while making a hard right turn a ! Bought a brand new Silverado 1500 duramax on January 4th 2022 brought it into the service department for a tire rub while making a hard right turn and steering wheel off center while driving straight they verified the issue and set up a appointment for repair when I arrived at the dealership we agreed that i can wait for the truck while waiting in the lounge area they called me back to the service desk and asked me if I had problems starting the truck which confused me because i never had an issue but it wasn’t starting for them all i could say is I guess iam in the right place for that to happen the end result was they had to reprogram the computer as per a bulletin from GM the end result was they did a wheel alignment and advised me they had to order a new wheel well and it was backordered and they would call me when it comes in mind you this was March 2nd i left the dealership later to find they did a terrible job the steering wheel was more off center than when I went in i let them know I was not happy and we could address the issue when the when the part comes in needless to say i was out shopping in April and i stopped at a store when i came out the truck would not start i called the dealership and demonstrated what was happening over the phone and they confirmed that it was exactly what happened to them and advised me to call roadside assistance after waiting over 2 hours for a tow i tried to start the truck and it started i brought it in the next morning they told me they were going to keep the truck and open a tac case with GM cause they had no clue as to why this was happening so they kept my truck 12 days and put 80 miles on it didn’t replace any fuel or give it a courtesy wash and no information on the eta of the wheel well on order but they did get the alignment correct i called them in May and they told me to call the parts department so after calling them I knew less i called back in June no update called End of July and i sensed they knew something but the person i spoke to told me that the parts mgr would call me tomorrow I’m still waiting for the call i called GM customer support for help i can’t deal with these incompetent people at Brown Daub in 2 days i found out more than I did in 5months GM tells me that the part was sent to the dealership and they have the dates on record to show and the dealership sent it to another dealership that needed the part so here it is August 12th and iam still waiting and this incompetent dealership has not reached out to me once yet to explain how they screwed up management needs to do a better job and hold people accountable or maybe like the old saying goes A Fish Stinks from the head down!! I have been planning to buy a new 2022 Bolt EUV from this dealer for weeks. It is "first come first serve" but I am at the top of their list and ready to buy the moment it arrives (ETA 3 days from now). I've been in regular communication for weeks about this car, and was told they sell Bolts at MSRP with no markup, which is how the website represents the vehicle as well (and still does as I type this). I passed on other vehicles, and passed on ordering a 2023 Bolt EUV when ordering became available, because I planned to buy this car when it arrived. Then, 3 days before the scheduled arrival of the vehicle, I was informed that they were adding a $2500 markup. I spoke with the sales manager and calmly explained everything, but he didn't seem to care and wouldn't honor the price that is on the website and that had been communicated to me for weeks. I realize times are tough, but this wasted weeks of my time and has left me back at square one, needing a vehicle for my teacher wife's commute. More
