She even went out of her way and had the last mechanic who serviced the car at another dealer call me to ensure me that it had no known problems. The negotiations were no pressure and there were no hidden fees. They would not arrange transport but worked with the company I hired. The car arrived immaculate and exactly as stated. So easy!!! This is the fifth time my car has been in the shop for stalling. They changed the power control mOdule twice. Now my car didn't start at all. So I said keep looking to find out what's wrong with it and before you fix anything call me, they said ok. Well 3-4 hours go by and they somehow fixed it when it's been there since last Thursday. So they fixed it before even telling me what's Wrong. They said the battery needed to be charged.... So tell me if they knew what they were doing couldn't they figure out it is the battery the other day. More

I called in on a used car they have. I felt like I was dealing with the Jerky Boys and between being called "tough guy" and "guy" and the "listen here" and "let me tell you how I am going to help you" I g dealing with the Jerky Boys and between being called "tough guy" and "guy" and the "listen here" and "let me tell you how I am going to help you" I got no sense that this guy had any of my best interests in mind. While I understand salespeople work for the dealership and not the customer, at least try to make an illusion that you do. I'm surprised I never got called "sausage lips" or "sizzle chest," that would have just rounded it out. No confidence in anything these people say. Total crooks. More
