License plate registered wrong Worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. 9 months ago I purchased a vehicle and the dealership registered the wrong license plate number to Worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. 9 months ago I purchased a vehicle and the dealership registered the wrong license plate number to it. For months I have been receiving speeding tickets, toll booth violations, and unpaid EZ pass bills. They took care of a few of them, but I have had to pay money out of my own pocket to fix some of these violations- for tickets that were not even me! The last time my husband spoke to them on the phone they said the NJ EZ pass bill was paid. Now I have received a letter from a collection agency for unpaid tolls. I have never been so furious in my life. The manager at Brown Daub says they can’t help me and I have to fix the issue. When I spoke to the collection agency (to dispute this collection so it doesn’t hurt my credit) they said that was not true. They said dealerships write the letters all the time. Never go to this dealership, you will regret it. More

Awful experience I was looking to purchase an older used jeep. Considering this dealership had such good reviews I figured I'd be able to get a good used car. The jeep I purchased from this place had such bad rust through out the intire frame the frame literally cracked in half only 4 months after having the car. I won't get into reliability on jeeps mainly because that's a whole separate discussion. But when buying a vehicle, especially from a jeep dealership, one wouldn't expect them to spray paint over rust that was this bad... bad enough that when driving over a pot hole at 3mph causeing it to BREAK DIRECTLY IN HALF! I understand when buying a used car it's being purchased "as is". But the frame is usually something one can assume will be Able to it's job properly .. especially because they sold me the car with valid safety inspection stickers. More

They offered us triple for our trade then what another Jeep dealer would give us, and we were able to upgrade to a better model for the same price as what the other dealer offered. They worked on the financing during the day so we didn't have to sit there, walked in at 6pm to sign the paperwork and was out by 7pm. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. More
