Talked about what I was interested in, took a few test drives accompanied by Corrine and ended up buying a new 2015 Santa Fe Sport fully loaded. Donnie went out of his way to provide me with a very good deal on the car. He was NEVER pushy or overbearing as some salesmen I've encountered can be. He and Corrine spent a lot of time explaining all the features and actually setting some up for me, as I am technologically challenged at times. Donnie also gave me his cell number in case I needed to ask any questions about my car. I would and will recommend my family or friends go into this dealership to see Donnie for a new car. More

Decent service, but high cost and no communication My experiences with this dealership have changed since they were purchased by Vinart. Under the previous ownership, the service costs were reasonable My experiences with this dealership have changed since they were purchased by Vinart. Under the previous ownership, the service costs were reasonable, and they kept in communication when work was to be performed and when it was complete, so that I knew when it was ready for pick-up. The last two service appointments have been less than acceptable. On the first occasion, no one called to tell me that the car was ready, and by the time I called THEM, the service department was closed. On the second occasion, the car was brought in for warranty service. Once again, no one called me to let me know the status of the vehicle. I had to call them, and was then informed that it would be ready the next day. The next day, again, I didn't receive a phone call to let me know the work was completed. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I understand that the service department can get busy, and that there isn't always time to make phone calls, but if the service manager lacks the time, then perhaps they need to hire more people. The cost of service had also gone up significantly. The same service performed a year before Vinart took over had cost almost half as much. This kind of increase in fees seems excessive. More
