I came to purchase a new car because my prior Kia Sorento engine was beyond repair. I wasn't keen on buying another Kia since my vehicle only had 110K miles. Not the dealer it once was! Had previously done excellent work for preventive maintenance and repairs. NOW: will not honor long-time commitment for lifetime oil changes. New owner/manager expects customers to keep the paperwork he threw out when taking over. Now he is "taking" the customers that once came. Not me - I'm done with Brown-Daub Kia! He will find out that it is harder to get a new customer than to keep one - and every one lost is multiplied by the bad publicity he created for himself. More
