Great experience I had to take my Kia optima back for a recall and while setting up the appointment I was informed that there were actually 3 open recalls on it so it I had to take my Kia optima back for a recall and while setting up the appointment I was informed that there were actually 3 open recalls on it so it was going to take about 3 hrs.i had to take the day off work and had planned on playing golf since I was off and they offered to take me to a local golf course of my choosing! They had me on the way to the course 5 mins after arriving and called me 3hrs later to let me know it was done and to call when my round was over to be picked up! 5 stars in my book! More
