Sales is awesome service behind the ball AJ was my salesman he was awesome. After the sales experience the service has not kept. 1st oil change I had to call several times to secure an appoin AJ was my salesman he was awesome. After the sales experience the service has not kept. 1st oil change I had to call several times to secure an appointment as my time is very short and can’t just drop in. The 2nd oil change I used the app no call back, called no call back, after 3 days I got persistent and called and called until I got a hold of Steve the new general manager. He secured an 11am appointment. I was at the dealer at 10:45am and did not get my car until 1pm for an oil change and rotation. People came in after me and left before I did. My experience with service so far has not matched the sales experience. Also I know Kia usually does a car wash with the oil change they didn’t even offer it. Very disappointed. More

From our 2012 Optima to our 2019 Sportage the service and customer service has been great. Back in 11/2018 we were looking for a new car and the sales department was not that helpful. We wound up buying the car elsewhere but come back for the service. You don't hear that too often. It is usually the other way around. I have since heard that the re-vamped the sales department. I definitely recommend this dealership. More
