Rather not say Love your service department but I think my situation wasn’t handled well. Brought in for routine inspection.. bought the car new from you.. just turn Love your service department but I think my situation wasn’t handled well. Brought in for routine inspection.. bought the car new from you.. just turned 20,000 miles. I was refused to do the inspection because one form was 2 days past the date the other 2 weeks.. I just forgot and left the new one at home. Yes I know technically it’s the had just expired but.. you know me well as a good customer with multiple purchases from you. Even if he HAD to stick to the letter of the law he could have handled it much better. More
