He is honest and reliable..... while this last visit cost way too much and way more than I expected... the car looks, feels and runs great so.... once again thanks Bill. I know that the guys in the back do the work but Bill is our bridge and I trust him completely..... The cost is always way too much but you are lucky to have the boys in the back and Bill. Rather not say Love your service department but I think my situation wasn’t handled well. Brought in for routine inspection.. bought the car new from you.. just turn Love your service department but I think my situation wasn’t handled well. Brought in for routine inspection.. bought the car new from you.. just turned 20,000 miles. I was refused to do the inspection because one form was 2 days past the date the other 2 weeks.. I just forgot and left the new one at home. Yes I know technically it’s the had just expired but.. you know me well as a good customer with multiple purchases from you. Even if he HAD to stick to the letter of the law he could have handled it much better. More
