Very bad business practices! Watch your credit report! I've had experience with this car dealership 3 times now and all times were not good at all. My son in law picked this dealership and it's most like I've had experience with this car dealership 3 times now and all times were not good at all. My son in law picked this dealership and it's most likely because of the young vibe they have going on in the place. The music is good and the sales guy was nice (aren't they all) but that is about as good as it gets. The first time I was in there was to co-sign for my daughter and son in law for a Kia Sorento. Everything went smooth and all but they ran my credit check 6 times!!!! WTH... I'm very picky about my credit rating and this pissed me off. The 2nd time my son in law went to the dealership by himself because the Sorento was too small for their family. (Baby #5 was a huge surprise to all) And the dealership was very helpful with getting him out of the Sorento and into a Sedona however... My son in law bought this car totally on his own IN MY NAME ONLY! I was at work. I wasn't even at the dealership and the dealership never once got on the phone with me and asked for my permission for my son in law to buy this in my name only. My son in law and the sales guy came to my work for me to sign the papers. I did sign them because my daughter and son in law needed the car but still.. So now once again, my credit report was ran 6 times. I told the sales guy that I did not like their sales practices and how could he even run a credit report even ONCE without my permission? So now the 3rd time. My daughter has finally decided to dump this bum of a son in law (Thank God!!!) And he went to the dealer to trade in a Toyota Corolla that I had co-signed for them. (My daughter is keeping the Sedona since it's in my name and she has the kids) Well my son in law traded in the Corolla and got a BMW (really smart with 5 kids right???) Well now the Toyota is showing up late for payment! I called Toyota financial and they have not received the payoff check from the dealership and I'm about to get a late charge and I'm praying this won't show up as late on my credit report. I reached out to this dealership to see if a payoff check was sent. It's a simple 'yes it was or no it wasn't' answer. They refuse to give me any information because my name is not on my son in law's new car. I'm not asking for any information on his new car. I really don't give a crap what that his lease or loan terms are. However the Corolla was in my name and it is my business if that car is paid off on time or not and if this goes on my credit report I will hold this dealership personally responsible. I find it funny that my son in law can go into the dealer and buy a brand new $40+k car in MY name only and they have no problem running my credit report but for me to get a yes or no answer from them on something that will destroy my credit and they won't do that. They are shady.. very very very shady.... I don't trust them and I would never in a million years buy a car from them and in fact I've been telling everyone that will listen about their horrible business practices. More

Good sales experience. Afterwards not so much. Was not in the market for a car but unfortunately a month and a half ago our previous car broke down unexpectedly. It was not worth fixing. Decided to Was not in the market for a car but unfortunately a month and a half ago our previous car broke down unexpectedly. It was not worth fixing. Decided to go to Brown Daub Kia. They have such a strong advertising campaign figured they were motivated to sell. So we go there find a car we like perfect for the family made a good deal our salesman was good and I was happy. However through the process of checking out the car I mentioned the condition of the tires at least 3-4 times. I just didn't like the condition of them. They have one of the mechanics check them out and they call me in the garage to show me how great they are. The tread depth was good and I'd be good to go. Well don't you know we we were sitting in the car going over some of the car's features and the tire pressure light comes on! They get more air in the tires and we're on our way. I understand that when it gets cold your tires lose pressure but the light kept coming back on like clockwork ever since. I have my wife driving the car with the kids so when she keeps telling me that the tire pressure light kept coming on I wasn't happy. I called the dealership make an appointment and they find a small nail in the tire that was making it have a slow leak. That was able to be repaired. Also in the center of the tread there was a gash that wasn't leaking but couldn't be repaired. The service manager shows me and said you can't just replace the one tire it's all wheel drive and the tread depth would be to far off so you have to replace all 4! They are 18" tires that isn't a cheap problem. Anyway after talking with the sales manager he said he would take care of the one tire for me conceding maybe since the tire pressure light came on before I left the lot maybe the tire was an issue when I bought it. But still the other 3 are on me. Still around $500 bucks out of pocket and I literally made my first payment the day before. If a month had went by with no issues and all of a sudden I had a tire issue I would except it and move on. I am just having trouble that it was an issue at the dealership and ever since. I just had a feeling about these tires from the beginning and I shouldn't have excepted it. But I left it go I felt I got a good deal and didn't want to push. But sure enough here we are a day after making the first payment it needs tires. More
Unbelievable! Brown Daub Kia did for us what other dealerships could not. They solved oud upside down financing on our trade-in and were able to get us into a brand-new vehicle at a reasonable payment. Their staff was terrific from the sales person to the financing manager. The owner who does all the commercials even came down to personally greet us when we requested it. I can't say enough about this dealership we would buy again and again and again for them ! More
