I explain what I wanted to do I wanted to trade my 2013 town and country for a newer vehicle. I wasn't even sure if I was able to do what I wanted cause of my credit but Chris went on and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted. I walk out of the dealership with a brand new 2016 Kia Forte. He was polite and enthusiastic. He got the info he needed and showed me the car I really wanted. Had a great test drive, and he answered all the questions I had. He got us approved and spent all the time needed to get the deal done. He showed me all the features of my car, even went out in the cold and warmed it up for me.
