Our stance when he entered Brown Daub Kia was that we were "just looking", but wound up buying a vehicle that day not because of the all too typical car dealer sales approach of "we can only give you this car at this price today ", but rather because of the extremely friendly, no-pressure environment and the no-nonsense negotiating of a very fair price. We instantly felt comfortable at Brown Daub Kia and we think it is the best dealership in the Lehigh Valley...a very happy place to car shop filled with low-key, friendly and fun but also very professional people. It began with an enthusiastic and warm welcome from energetic with a big smile Evan, singing the praises of a vehicle that was not even initially on our "list" , which ultimately wound up being the car we purchased (after an ipad googling of car satisfaction reviews :-) Sales Exec Don Matin jumped right in and provided us with a delightful shopping and buying experience. Don's car knowledge and depth of experience, along with his upbeat and entertaining personality, turned what is usually a few hours of torture buying a car into a painless and totally fun experience. Michael Lawrence, the Ops Manager, took time to sit and chat with us, and we even got to meet and talk with Gary Lee, the owner. We enjoyed our conversations with both of these guys, who were friendly and very approachable; it was like spending time with friends even though we had just met them! Special thanks to Rob who also was friendly and provided us with a crash course on the Audio and Navigational features of our new vehicle, which are impressive. Also enjoyed meeting Andrew in Finance, who also provided some additional navigational system technical assistance and tips when we visited Brown Daub Kia to wrap up some things the day after the purchase. Thanks also to Jessica whose friendly if persistent calls was one of the factors that brought us to BDK. The other factor was how impressed we were with articles we read about Gary Lee relative to his Employee and Customer dedication and his strong support of and participation in community interests here in the Lehigh Valley. It was a pleasure to meet such a down-to-earth, integrity filled business owner! Warm smiles, courteous attitudes and a very fair and family-friendly experience are the most notable memories we are taking away from our phenomenal Brown Daub Kia experience. We recommend BDK with the highest of praise! More

Not happy with service I was quoted 340 for spark plugs and coils. Total cost 525.00, I went to auto zone and bought the same parts for 134.00. I was charged 245 for labor w I was quoted 340 for spark plugs and coils. Total cost 525.00, I went to auto zone and bought the same parts for 134.00. I was charged 245 for labor which is ridulious. They made the parts difference on the labor. I feel totally ripped off and will not return. More

Liked Chris Mink, but not so much Brown Daub Kia This dealership ended up contacting me after I expressed online interest in some of their used cars. I managed to get in the same day they called me t This dealership ended up contacting me after I expressed online interest in some of their used cars. I managed to get in the same day they called me to look over their stock. Everyone was very friendly, and I had the luck to be paired with Chris Mink as my salesperson. Chris is extremely personable, a genuinely nice guy, and was straightforward, honest, and pleasant to work with. We talked about what kind of car I wanted, but we also talked directly about my concerns about financing because of my train-wreck credit. Even in that situation, I didn't for a single second feel judged by Chris or by the financing team. Chris took the time to walk me around the lot in the pouring rain, and to look at a variety of used cars, and was able to work with finance to estimate what payments would be on them. Ultimately, however, he suggested a new Kia Forte might be a better option for me. As a previous Kia owner, I was impressed by how far the cars have come in the last few years. The interior of the Forte rates pretty highly among the ten cars I ended up test-driving, and its exterior styling was equally impressive. The driving experience was also pretty good, although the test drive was a little short and a little bumpy. Chris and the finance manager did team up at the end of our initial meeting and go in for a bit too hard of a sell, based on their estimates of the financing they could get me on the new Forte. They really wanted me to make a firmer commitment than I was ready to, since that was the first place I had looked. And while my experience with Chris was great, and I really felt like he wanted to help me, the financing the dealership thought they could get was nowhere near what the (Subaru) dealership I bought from was able to offer. Brown Daub's follow-up was on par with that of most of the other dealerships-- total overkill. I got phone calls almost daily, and sometimes more than once in a day, and also got numerous unsolicited emails (although not from Chris directly). Overall, I would recommend Chris as a stand-up guy and salesman to work with, but maybe not Brown Daub as a whole. More

Drove the Optima and loved it, but found it was out of our price range. Frank recommended the Soul. Took it for a test and was thrilled. At first look, it seemed small, but white driving it, the interior was roomier than I had imagined. They were able to work out financial arrangements well within our budget and we drove it home that night. Since it is white with black windows and sunroof, I've named it Mallomar. More

Best Dealership I've ever been to! I keep going back! This is the 2nd brand new car that I have purchased from this dealership. I come back to them every time for my oil changes and inspections. Mike Lawrence is an awesome guy with an incredible memory! He remembered me from 3 years ago when I bought my 1st new Soul. How many dealers that you have worked with can you say that about?!? He recalled specific things that we talked about! Now, Mikal (The Mayor) is a character! He was comical and loud and never once made it feel like a serious "deal" that we were doing. We both had the same personality and it was fun! He joked around a lot and I gave him a hard time because if I was trading in my fully loaded 2011 then I wanted a fully loaded 2014! I want what I want! Ha ha! Took them 6 days to find my car and get t ready for me but they did it! I'm a loyal customer and would recommend them to anyone! Even my mom said "I can see why you keep coming back!" Thanks guys for finding my sexy black Kia Soul Exclaim! I'm keeping this one so don't call me in 3 years! Lol! More
