I had my car towed in after hours on a Sunday, my appointment wasn't until Wednesday and Kia reached out to me the next day and by Wednesday my vehicle was done and ready for pick up. I was very disappointed this year truly dissatisfied completely. Hello Steven Parr, well, where do I start. I've been coming to Brown-Daub for Inspections and emissions for about 10 years now. I suppos completely. Hello Steven Parr, well, where do I start. I've been coming to Brown-Daub for Inspections and emissions for about 10 years now. I supposedly need 4 tires to pass inspection this year November 8. Crystal gave me a quote on 4 tires that was really high. So, I told her I was going to check around to see If I could find something a little cheaper. Called Mavis they had a cheaper tire. I called back Crystal and I said I found a cheaper tire a Mavis. Then she gave me a lower price, so I went with brown and daub instead. They installed my tires cost me $600 for inspection. I never saw my old tires I don't know if they were bad or not. I just had to take Brown and Daubs' word for it. and to make it worst it took them all day until 4:00 o'clock, seems like they did that on spite just for questioning their word. Brown and Daub did that to me once before they over charged me and took advantage of me And made me wait all day. And I'm tired of it!!! I dropped my car off Monday afternoon November 7th at 2:30. I tried calling Crystal a couple of times on November 8. To find out the statious on my car seems like crystal was trying to avoid me. 1st time she was at a doctor's appointment left a message on her voice mail Crystal never called me back. Called back again she was on lunch When Brown and Daub finally called me back a person named Jim called me. When I arrived At Brown and Daub, I was not greeted with a friendly greeting felt very uncomfortable. I approached Crystal, she directed me very harshly to a guy named Jim and said he'll take care of you short and sweet. They over charged me on my emission test because I only traveled 2,396 miles so I should have gotten a waver. Brown and Daub adjusted my bill. Any way I don't feel like I was treated right I don't think Brown and Daub was up front and honest with me feels like I got hood winked. I wish I could find out the the name of the mechanic who worked on my car. I'd like to give him a review and it wouldn't be nice. Even though I get free inspection I don't think I will be dealing with Brown and Daub Agan ever again. I need to find someone who will be upfront and honest with me, why couldn't Brown and Daub have given me a choice so that I could decide which tire I wanted to go with gave me a price range of tire I felt comfortable with instead of given me the most expensive one they wanted too. Doesn't look like you guys have many cars on your lot anymore. Well thanks Mr. Steven Parr for allowing me to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Crystal and your service department!
