I had the front brakes and rotors replaced only to experience pulsation shortly thereafter. I returned the car for reservoir and was told the rotors were warped and needed to be cut which they were. I experience pulsation shortly thereafter. I returned the car for reservoir and was told the rotors were warped and needed to be cut which they were. I’m now experiencing the same issue. After some research I’ve discovered that the rotors are not being warped but that brake pad deposits are causing my pulsation problem. It seems the pads that came with the car aren’t the same pads being replaced. Is there a recall or something that can be done to resolve this isdue. More

Very helpful staff.
