Charged us over book value and we had issues over and over the mechanics couldn't find the issue. Service advisors are not knowledgeable, prices are always more than expected to pay. Don't keep customers updated on service being performed, have to constantly call to check status of vehicle. Only 2 servic more than expected to pay. Don't keep customers updated on service being performed, have to constantly call to check status of vehicle. Only 2 service advisors and if the one that is tending to you is busy the other one won't help out, just leave you on hold! Becky is not friendly, does not make a good appearance toward customers!
