False Advertisement This dealership had a falsely advertised vehicle listed on their internet, and other websites. They had advertised a 2012 Toyota Prius 5. I called the dealership and verified it to still be available. I further carried out negotiations via email with the salesman Will and the manager Dave Davies. We then discussed having the vehicle certified and I agreed to pay for the certification. Upon arrival to the dealership, I was told the vehicle was still in the garage completing its inspection, and I proceeded to secure Toyota Financing. When the vehicle finally arrived, I was given the keys and told to check out the vehicle. Once I sat inside I immediately took notice to the fact that it had no moon roof, no heated seats, and lacked other amenities listed on the website. When I pointed out the fact that this is not the vehicle listed online, or the one I confirmed about over the phone and e-mail and text message, they said they never had a 5 on their lot. The manager said it's not his fault because they don't handle their internet advertising. I asked what would they sell this vehicle for, knowing now that it is not the vehicle advertised and lacks all amenities that were listed. He responded the price is the price listed. I left very unhappy, because they had complete lack of responsibility, they did not know what vehicles they had on their lot, what vehicles they had advertised, offered little apologize, made me sit in the waiting room for a long while just to tell me he doesn't have a 5, and offered no means to rectify their "mistake". Then proceeded to try to rip me off on the Prius 3. To top it all off the vehicle was filthy when they showed it to me. Candy wrappers inside, carpets dirty, hairballs on the seats, and stains in the fabric. This dealership is a mess, and lacks any standards that meet up to the Toyota Quality one would expect. They more resemble a predatory used car lot, in appeal, and mannerisms. More
RUN AWAY in the other direction Browns does not care at all about the customer. Once you sign the papers you are history. Great dealership. Clean an accomadating. Main salesman was JD. Great guy to work with. He hustles for ya. Of coarse John Stefero and Lamont were quite helpful. All and all as good as it gets! Do not negotiate with Mr. Clever Bautista from Brow’s Toyota in Glen Burnie. Very disapointed. My brother-in-law (21) went to buy a car with Clever Bautista and purchased a used pick-up truck for $31,200 which in Glen Burnie. Very disapointed. My brother-in-law (21) went to buy a car with Clever Bautista and purchased a used pick-up truck for $31,200 which later he found out he cannot afford. Brow’s Toyota has the policy that you can exchange the car within 3 days. I went with my brother-in-law two days later. We picked up a new Toyota corolla price tag 21,770. Everything ok so far. Once we sat down to negotiate Mr. Bautista said he can give the car for $20,600 to which I countered offer. I offered $20,000 to which he said “ok.” Then he made us sing under the price I wrote down to seal the deal. It was late and we had to talk to the financial lady the next day. The next day when we saw the paper the price of the car was $21,770. I said this is not the price we agreed on and Mr. Bautista said sorry that was a mistake. Then he marked the price down to $20,600. This is when the fight begun. Mr. Bautista refused to admit that we agreed on the $20,000. After arguing for at least 15 minutes we signed on the 20,600 not without me telling him that he was a thief and a crook. Mr. Bautista was not man enough to say I made a mistake I cannot give you the car for 20,000. I would have understood. However, he accused me of writing the $20,000 after we agreed on the price. He probably though that I was not going to read what we were going to sing. My brother-in-law might be young but I have being around enough to know when somebody wants to take advantage of me. More

I was skeptical at first about buying a used c This is one of the nicest and most professional dealership that I have been to in the Glen Burnie area. I was skeptical at first about buying a used car because other dealerships were basically trying to rip me off. However, when I stopped by to visit Brown's Toyota, I was greeted by Ray Kaz. He showed me some very nice pre-owned vehicles, and I felt no pressure at all while shopping. I ended up with a very nice Toyota Camry. I also ended up getting more money off of the vehicle. All of the Sales Managers, such as Dave Davies and David Barnhouse were incredibly professional. I couldn't get the car right away, so they had someone give me a ride home. They called me on Monday and I was able to pick it up and I was given a ride to the dealership to pick up the car. They definitely went above and beyond as far as customer service goes. I highly recommend this dealership, and if you want an honest and friendly car shopping experience, I highly recommend that you buy a car from Ray Kaz. I am very happy with my purchase and I will definitely go back there when I am ready for an newer car! More
