Ive been to this service dept numerous times over the past 10 years... It used to be decent but im afraid the value is gone....and now im done. The are probably twice as expensive as everywhere else and the quality of service is no better. They used to rotate tires and top off fluids when they changed the oil...not any more. Now all that cost $79 as part of a service plan. I took my TOYOTA here after an accident and they only identified part of the problem which required a supplemental insurance claim...not fun. They are sooooooooo slow too! Massive wait times...and just when u think theyre finally done they ask if you want them to replace some cabin air filter or under the hood air filter that cost about 8 times what it would at auto zone. So...go here if you like to spend more money, less quality service and massive wait times. The service wait area does have a nice wi-fi sitting room with free coffee and a playarea for kids. More
I had such a wonderful experience with these guys, Wayne was my car sales man, even tho i don't see the option of rating him, not sure if he is with the company anymore, but all of these three guys were suc was my car sales man, even tho i don't see the option of rating him, not sure if he is with the company anymore, but all of these three guys were such a father figure, especially Wayne, I was in search of a car and i needed a car ASAP after totaling my car, they gave me an AMAZING deal, and with me being only 20 years old, they did not take advantage of that instead they helped me make a very very wise decision on what car will be reliable for me in the long run, something that i will be able to trade-in in the future, and also get something out of it. Loved Marks accent, and friendliness, Dave Barnhouse was very nice as well and they all worked very well together. I would recommend this place to everybody that is in the market to buying a car. GREAT people, GREAT team !!!! I will be back for my luxury car when i hit it big. PS. (That Lexus that i want). More
My husband and I stopped by Brown's looking for another Toyota where we immediately met Bill Dolch. He showed us around, was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely funny. Bill worked so hard to find us the car we wanted at the price we were comfortable with. We not only have a great car, we had fun in the process. Dave Davies was very friendly and so helpful when it came to our final price. The only negative was the time it took for the paperwork. The only positive about this ridiculous amount of time was that we met LaMont Matthews and Sean Owens, both of them really took care of us. They answered every question, and more. We are so thankful that they both took the time to explain/inform us of issues we were unsure or unaware of. More

I would just like to state that I am now a Browns Toyota customer for life! I found a nice car but wanted in another color and Wayne had it! The wait time kinda was frustrating but he kept coming over to chat which helped the time go by, after that we went to meet with Sean O and he worked a perfect payment (brought my boyfriend to haggle and let a little upset that he couldn't haggle cause the payments were perfect!) They let me sleep on the deal so I didn't have any pressure which i knew i wanted the car anywho. But they were so understanding. Wanye even brought the car too me after I got lojack installed since I worked and took my old car! CUSTOMER SERVICE! so i got to leave work in my brand new (used) car I bought! And also, Dave was honest and told me some cosmetic issues with the car and that it will be fixed! I love that honesty and willing to go the extra mile. And wayne assured me the work will be done no charge and he will make sure it Is taken care of. I LOVE THAT TEAM! Needless to say my boyfriend and I are recommending them like crazy. He even is talking to his mother about making an appt to find a car for her. And he is very particular about car dealerships. Five star for the glen burnie team! Thank you so much guys! More

I had over twenty e-mails back and forth with Michael Latta in which I asked very detailed questions. In one of the final e-mails I clearly asked what other fees and charges were associated with an adve Latta in which I asked very detailed questions. In one of the final e-mails I clearly asked what other fees and charges were associated with an advertised lease besides the down payment, tax, title, and $200 processing fee. Michael responded saying that there were no other charges or fees. I then called Michael and asked if I pay all the down-payment and pay tax, title and the processing fee, will I need to pay anything else. Again, Michael responded there would be no other charges. When I went to the dealership to lease the vehicle there were additional fees close to $1,100! Michael scammed me. Below is the exact exchange I had with Michael: Me: "The fine print mentions that there is $3,000 down (which includes the first payment), plus a $200 processing fee. Other than tax and licensing are there any other fees or charges due at signing on either the Prius or Corolla?" Michael: "Nope, those would be the only additonal (sic) fees on both vehicles." More
I had a good experience when I bought my truck at Brown's Toyota a couple years ago, and recently had to bring it in for some warranty work on a part that was throwing a check engine light. I dropped it off in the evening shortly before closing time, and everything was done the next day, all covered under warranty with no hassle and no pressure for any unnecessary services. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. If/when it's time for a new vehicle, I'll be looking at Brown's Toyota inventory first, and I would definitely recommend them to others. More
