I would like to thank the team at Brown's toyota for going above and beyond what you would expect from a dealership. I recently bought a pre-owned Sienna from them and had a couple problems show up with going above and beyond what you would expect from a dealership. I recently bought a pre-owned Sienna from them and had a couple problems show up with vehicle. All I was expecting to do was go to the dealer to get the part that was needed. However, when they heard my problems they not only took care of them at no cost but but they were fast, efficient and friendly. The pre-owned manager and the service advisor Matt made sure we were taken care of and I had my van back within 24 hours. The customer service at this dealer is outstanding and they have gained a customer for life! Thank you! More

I purchased a used Tundra a couple weeks ago, and as with any used vehicle, there were issues. Every one, even those not directly involved with the sale, went out of their way to make sure I was taken care any used vehicle, there were issues. I have bought many cars over the years, and by far this is the most positive experience i have ever encountered. Right now I have a new to me vehicle that is awesome (Toyota Certified), that I have every confidence in, and the entirety of Brown's made sure I was taken care of to a level that was very gratifying. I found this site by accident while looking for service for my LandCruiser. Being new to the area and having an older model Cruiser, I felt that via the reviews online, that the staff @Brown seem to be d for my LandCruiser. Even though my first interaction with them was a simple maintenance item, I have now been back twice more again...the most recent for replacing a 19yr old trans cooler line that finally gave up the ghost on my Cruiser. Kris offered quick help once my towed vehicle arrived and also gave me sound advice on options available to me regarding the repair. Technician 92723, whom I initially met on my first visit , offered a walk around while my vehicle was on the lift so as to point out a few things to keep an eye on for future reference......Much appreciated. Although I fully expect my FZJ80 to march on way past the 220k miles she has on her now, if the time arises that a newer vehicle is needed, you can bet that based on my experience with Service, Brown Toyota will get my business.. Spoke to Dave Daves, one time, left 4 messages over a 2 week period for a simple response. I bought a 2012 Higlander in December. Based on this brief expierence I would say that the managment at Brown Toy week period for a simple response. I bought a 2012 Higlander in December. I would NEVER go back to them and am putting a sign on my car next to the Brown's logo that they are idoits. More
I never knew buying a car could be so easy. Bill Dolch was friendly, knowlegeable and could not have been more helpful. The car we purchased fulfilled what we wanted in a vehicle, price, low mileage, age was friendly, knowlegeable and could not have been more helpful. My appt with the service department was 0945 to diagnose an issue with the 4Lo lite flashing along with the check engine light, VSC and RSCA lights were lit up. I was surprised the night before the appt to an issue with the 4Lo lite flashing along with the check engine light, VSC and RSCA lights were lit up. I was surprised the night before the appt to find out that I had a recall notice that had just come in the mail for the driver side power window switch. I was fortunate that the timing allowed for the recall issue to be handled at the same time as the other issues. As it turned out, the air pump and two valves had to be replaced along with a cover kit being installed to prevent the new air pump from failing again due to poor location of the unit which I understand has been corrected for the newer vehicles. This issue was covered under warranty which was a big relief to me. I was given a rental vehicle and was told that the work could not be done that day but may possibly not be completed until Saturday at some point due to parts availability. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from Jason at approx 1630 advising that the work was complete and that I could pickup my vehicle up until late that evening. I was completely elated by how quickly the work was done and the fact that everything was covered under warranty. Because of this type of good service I will remain a loyal customer of Browns Toyota of Glen Burnie. Thank you for the fine service you provide as well as the fine product you sell and promote. These two companies stand out above all other car dealers and manufacturers I have dealt with in my life. Toyota and Browns rock!!! More
